A Night with R. Kelly

The other night we were invited to a pre-release listening party at Mr. Kelly's mansion and just as we expected, it was a good time. After a short wait the gate finally opened and with his shades on and stogy lit, Kelz greeted us with open arms.

We couldn't take photos so here's the night in a nutshell: The DJ spun music from various artists with songs from R. Kelly's Love Letter interjected sporadically. A couple drinks, a little dancing and lots of laughter later we were on our way.

R. Kelly's Love Letter releases on 12.14.10 and he is definitely back! In fact, if you caught him on the Soul Train Awards then you know how good he looks and sounds these days.

True to his mini-series movie style R. Kelly is doing a 3 part documentary on the new project. Check out part 1 below:
