Artist Andy Golub chooses to use the nude human body as the canvas that best expresses his creativity. However, New York's finest says it's illegal-- well at least when done in public.
Last month, Mr. Golub was arrested while painting nude models in the heart of New York City's bustling Times Square. Mr. Golub now has a trial scheduled to begin on October 11th.
Mr. Golub vows to continue painting nude models until he is completely restricted by a court of law.
Is this freedom of expression or against the law?
